Telegram trade notifications

Send supported signal results and trade lifecycle updates to a Telegram destination through a configured bot. This sends notifications; it does not grant permission to execute or repeat a trade.

Prerequisites

  • Permission to manage the channel and bot configuration.
  • A configured Telegram bot with permission to send to the destination.
  • A destination separate from the workspace's signal source channels.
  • Notification support enabled for the workspace and the connected account capability.

Manage Telegram bots →

Add a destination

  1. Open Telegram and the relevant bot's Notification destinations.
  2. Use Add destination.
  3. Choose a discovered channel or enter its Chat ID / @username.
  4. Choose Add destination.
  5. Use Check permission and Send test to verify the destination.

Destination states include Ready to send, Permission blocked, Not verified, and Pending verification. Adding a destination does not by itself prove that a message can be delivered.

Configure a channel

  1. Open Channels, select the source, and expand Telegram notifications in its setup.
  2. In Settings, choose the Sending bot and Destination channel/group.
  3. Select the desired Notification types: Success, Errors / skipped, and Trade lifecycle.
  4. Choose the Notification language independently of your dashboard language.
  5. Enable Enable notifications when available and choose Save.
  6. Check the confirmation and use Check send permission or Send test if needed.

If the panel says Upgrade Host/EA before enabling notifications, contact support rather than assuming the feature is available on that account. If notifications are not enabled for the workspace, the panel states this explicitly.

Pausing and disabling

A paused source can continue tracking existing trades. Disabling notifications or changing the destination cancels unsent messages, but a request already in flight may still complete. Trailing-stop updates are grouped over 60 seconds rather than necessarily producing one message per individual update.

Remove a destination

Review the confirmation before choosing Remove destination. Notification configurations using it will be disabled, while delivery history is kept. Removing a destination does not close broker positions.
