Work with multiple accounts

A single Telegram channel can send future signals to several MT5 accounts. Each MT account uses its own applied Trading Profile and must be ready independently.

Connect and route accounts

1. Connect each eligible MT5 account in the intended workspace, within your plan quota.
2. Save and apply the intended Trading Profile to each eligible demo account. For live accounts, confirm the configuration actually available in your workspace.
3. Open Channels, select a channel and choose Setup.
4. Under Receiving MT accounts, select the accounts that should receive its signals.
5. Choose Review changes, verify the list and choose Save receiving accounts.
6. Check the readiness of every saved account.

A profile belongs to an MT account, not to an individual channel-account assignment. If several channels route to the same MT account, changing that account's profile affects them all. Use different MT accounts when you need independently applied profiles.

Understand the connection types

Connection	Scope
Personal Telegram account	The current flow manages one personal account connection per workspace. It can provide access to several joined channels.
Telegram bot	Separate bot connections can be configured for channels the bot can access.
Channel receive source	Each channel uses one Telegram account or bot source at a time.
Receiving MT accounts	A channel can route to zero, one or several accounts. Zero means monitoring only.
Trading Profile	Applied to an MT account; shared by all channel routes to that account.

Switching a channel's receive source keeps its linked MT accounts and history. Changing receiving accounts affects future signals and does not close existing orders or positions.

Problem	Action
Only some accounts are ready	Inspect each account under Receiving MT accounts and resolve its specific blocker.
Different accounts produce different outcomes	Compare their applied profiles, trading controls and broker connection status.
An account is missing from selection	Check the workspace, account availability and permissions.
You need another personal Telegram identity	The current dashboard does not provide multiple personal-account connections in one workspace. Use an available bot source where appropriate.

Profile application availability

The current Trading Profiles apply selector lists demo accounts. For a live account, verify the configuration and capabilities actually available to that account; do not assume the demo apply workflow is exposed for live accounts.
