Appearance
Positions
The Positions area displays Position History: open and closed positions reported by your broker. Use it to review position-level results and related fills.
Review a position
- Select a trading account.
- Adjust the available filters or use Search.
- Check Broker updated and any stale-data warning.
- Select View details for a position to inspect its entry, current or closing price, volume and recorded costs.
- Follow View related deals or Find this order when available to inspect the underlying executions.
Refresh safely
Sync positions refreshes the view without placing or changing trades. While syncing, the last verified snapshot can remain visible. A Checked at time does not necessarily mean a newer broker snapshot arrived.
If you see Latest available data is out of date, refresh and compare with MetaTrader. No matching positions means the filters found no rows; No positions yet means the available account data contains no positions.
Understand P&L
- Current P&L describes an open position's floating result.
- Realized P&L before fees is the gross result of a closed position.
- Realized P&L after fees includes available broker-reported commission, swap and fees across its opening and closing deals.
- Cost details unavailable means some components cannot be verified. Missing values are not assumed to be zero.
A broker may report a net result without a complete cost breakdown. Inspect the details before comparing position P&L with individual fills in Performance.
