Filters and skipped messages
A Telegram post may be received successfully without producing a trade. Review the processing result before changing your setup.
Find why a post did not trade
- Open the channel and choose Signals.
- Review the message and its processing status. Use the status filter to focus on Skipped, Failed or Needs attention.
- Check the affected MT account and its applied Trading Profile.
- Review the profile's available symbol, risk and trading-time rules.
- After correcting the issue, verify a new eligible message. Changing a setting does not prove an earlier post has been executed.
Channel filters and profile rules
The current channel Setup screen does not expose the old channel text-blacklist or schedule controls. Symbols, SL/TP and trading hours are configured in Trading Profiles. Do not assume an older channel-blacklist setting is active simply because an old guide mentions it.
| Result | What to check |
|---|---|
| No trading action | The post may be commentary or another message with no supported trading action. |
| Skipped | Read the reason, then review the account's applicable profile rules. |
| Risk-based sizing requires a stop loss | Review whether the signal and profile supply a valid stop loss. |
| Waiting for the profile cooldown | Review the profile's cooldown and wait for it to expire. |
| No message recorded | Check the receive source and channel monitoring before investigating trading rules. |
