Monitoring and readiness
Receiving Telegram messages and being ready to trade are separate states. A connected Telegram account alone does not prove that the channel is receiving signals or that an MT account can execute them.
Check a channel
- Open Channels, then the channel.
- Check the Telegram source → Channel → MT accounts flow.
- Review Last received message and Last signal. A received post is not necessarily a trading signal.
- Choose Refresh status if the information needs updating.
- Use Check Telegram, Check receiving accounts or Retry monitoring, according to the action shown.
Monitoring statuses
| Status | Meaning and action |

| Monitoring healthy | Monitoring is healthy; check receiving accounts next. |
| Paused | The channel is paused. Use Resume channel when you want to resume reception. |
| Telegram disconnected | Restore the source connection on Telegram. |
| Channel access unavailable | Confirm the connected account or bot can still access the channel. |
| Message gap needs review | Inspect recent messages and activity. Do not assume missing posts were executed. |
| Unverified | Monitoring has not been confirmed. Use Retry monitoring or refresh. |
Receiving account statuses
Monitoring only means no receiving accounts are assigned. Partially ready means only some assigned accounts are ready; inspect each account rather than treating the channel as fully ready.

| Trading Profile is not applied or Trading Profile was rejected | Review the account's profile application and correct the reported issue. |
| Account connection is not ready or Account setup is incomplete | Open the MT account and review connection progress. |
| Trading is paused | Review workspace and account execution controls before enabling trading. |
| Account is offline | Restore the account connection and verify readiness again. |
| Risk-based sizing requires a stop loss | Review the signal and the profile's stop-loss and sizing rules. |
| Waiting for the profile cooldown | Wait for the configured cooldown before expecting another eligible trade. |
Verify an outcome
Open Signals to inspect processing and account outcomes. Received for processing confirms receipt, not a filled broker order. Inspect Pending, Partially executed, Failed and Needs attention results before retrying any trading action.
A successful preview or direct demo execution in Signal Tester does not verify Telegram ingestion or channel routing. Verify a new channel message separately.
