Set up a channel

A channel connects one Telegram receive source to zero, one or several MetaTrader accounts. You can start by monitoring messages, then configure trading separately.

Before you start

Connect a Telegram account that can access the channel, or a Telegram bot that you can add to it. To trade, also connect an MT5 account and save and apply a Trading Profile. You need permission to manage Telegram and channels to save channel selection.

Add channels from your Telegram account

1. Open Telegram and choose Choose signal channels.
2. Select the channels you want to follow. Check the name and username to distinguish similar channels.
3. If a recently joined channel is missing, choose Sync from Telegram.
4. Choose Continue and review the selected channels.
5. Choose Save … channels, where the button shows your selected count.
6. Open the saved channel from Channels, then choose Setup.

Saving a channel does not place a trade. A channel without receiving accounts can be used for monitoring only. For bot sources, use the separate bot setup flow.

Choose receiving accounts

1. Under Receiving MT accounts, select the intended accounts.
2. Choose Review changes and check the Added and Removed lists.
3. Choose Save receiving accounts.
4. Wait for Receiving accounts saved., then check each account's profile and readiness.
5. Follow Choose Trading Profile if an account needs a profile. The profile belongs to the MT account and affects every channel routed to that account.

Symbols, SL/TP and trading hours are configured in Trading Profiles. They are not separate settings for each channel-account pair.

Confirm the result

The Setup tab should show the correct Current receive source, receiving accounts and their readiness. Check Monitoring healthy separately from account Ready. Use Signals to inspect received signals and Activity to review setup changes.

Problem	What to do
Channel missing	Confirm the connected Telegram account has joined it, then sync again. For a bot, verify channel access in bot setup.
No MT accounts are available.	Connect an MT5 account in the same workspace.
Choose a Trading Profile	Save and apply a profile to the affected account.
Save outcome is unconfirmed	Choose Refresh receiving accounts to check the saved result before continuing.
Some selected channels were not saved	Review each result. Use Check results for unconfirmed entries rather than assuming the entire batch succeeded.
