Billing & workspace access
Use Billing & Subscription to review your workspace's access period, MT5 account capacity, payment details, and pending subscription requests. Billing changes require workspace owner access.
Review your access
- Select the intended workspace.
- Open Billing from the profile/account area.
- Review Current plan, Paid through, and MT5 account usage.
- Check any pending request before starting another purchase or plan change.
Some workspaces have managed or unlimited access. Follow the access information shown for your workspace rather than assuming a subscription is required for every account.
Choose a plan
The current catalog offers Starter for one MT5 account and Pro for up to three. Available monthly and yearly options are shown by the billing catalog. An unavailable billing cycle is not a free plan.
- Choose an available plan and cycle.
- If prompted, select the MT5 accounts for that plan.
- Choose Continue to checkout.
- Review the final price, taxes, and renewal terms in the checkout opened by TTMT.
- Return to Billing and wait for the subscription status to confirm.
Use the current Billing page and checkout as the price reference. Promotions and availability can change. Do not infer that a trial is offered merely because a help message mentions trial accounts; it must be explicitly offered in your checkout.
Account slots
An account allocated for operation consumes a slot even while temporarily disconnected. Slots are released after operation safely stops. A disconnected account is not necessarily a free slot.
Change a plan or cycle
- Select the available Upgrade, Downgrade, or Change billing cycle action.
- Review the accounts to retain if prompted.
- Choose Preview change and read the effective date and payment details.
- Choose Confirm change only after reviewing the preview.
- Wait for the server-confirmed result.
Upgrades make the higher limit available after successful payment. Downgrades and cycle changes are scheduled for the next renewal. The preview is the reference for the actual change.
Cancel or resume renewal
Choose Cancel renewal, review the access end date, and confirm the cancellation. Cancellation of renewal does not immediately end the already paid period. If available, Keep subscription renewing resumes renewal.
The interface states that billing does not close positions merely because a subscription expires. New opening orders stop when access expires; existing position protection, closing, and reducing positions remain subject to their normal execution conditions.
Payment details and invoices
Use Manage payment details to open the payment provider's customer portal. Review Payment history and use Download invoice when an invoice is available.
Pending or failed requests
| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| Billing request awaiting confirmation | Check status before starting another request. |
| Checkout not completed | Use Continue checkout when offered to finish the existing checkout. |
| Confirmation is taking longer | Refresh/check status; do not treat the return URL as proof of payment. |
| Payment overdue or payment needs attention | Review payment details and the access period shown. |
| Billing is not enabled | Contact support about access for this environment. |
