Manage channels

Use a channel's Setup, Signals and Activity tabs to manage its receive source, account routing and recorded outcomes.

Change the receive source

Each channel uses one receive source at a time. Switching keeps the channel's linked MT accounts and history.

1. Connect and verify the alternative Telegram account or bot on Telegram. A bot must have verified access to this channel.
2. Open the channel's Setup tab.
3. Under Telegram receive source, choose an alternative in Choose a receive source.
4. Choose Switch receive source.
5. Wait for Receive source updated. and confirm Current receive source.
6. Refresh channel status and verify reception from the new source.

The current Telegram account flow provides one personal account connection per workspace, alongside separate bot connections. It does not provide a list for adding multiple personal Telegram accounts in the same workspace.

Change receiving accounts

1. Under Receiving MT accounts, check or uncheck the accounts.
2. Choose Review changes.
3. Review the Added and Removed lists and choose Save receiving accounts.
4. Verify the saved list and readiness.

Leaving all accounts unchecked enables monitoring without sending trading commands from future signals. Changing receiving accounts does not close existing orders or positions.

Pause and resume

Open Actions → Pause channel and review the confirmation. Use Resume channel when ready to receive signals again. Do not treat pausing reception as a command to close positions; manage existing trades separately.

Actions → Delete channel opens a separate deletion flow. Read its consequences before confirming; use pause when you only need a temporary stop.

Review activity

Signals contains received signal outcomes. Activity records events such as channel enablement, receive-source changes, receiving-account changes and settings updates. Check both when investigating a setup change.

Problem	Action
No alternative receive source	Verify another available connection and its access, then choose Refresh receive source.
Source change unconfirmed	Refresh the receive source before continuing; do not assume the switch succeeded.
Account save unconfirmed	Choose Refresh receiving accounts and reconcile the result.
An unavailable account remains assigned	Its assignment is retained until you remove it. Review the checkbox selection and save the intended accounts.
Controls unavailable for your role	Ask a workspace administrator to manage the channel or update your permissions.
